Allegro Law ClaimsSTATEMENT OF RECEIVERAllegro Law, LLC has been placed in Receivership by the Circuit Court of Autauga County, Alabama as a result of an action filed by the Attorney General of the State of Alabama along with the Alabama Securities Commission. The Receivership means the owners of Allegro Law, LLC no longer have any involvement in this business and the business is under the control of the Court. All assets of Allegro Law, LLC at the time the Receivership was established were frozen by the Court. Louis C. Colley has been appointed receiver of Allegro's funds and ongoing business under the supervision of the Circuit Court. All records are currently being reviewed in order that each client may be protected to the fullest extent. It is anticipated that a debt management plan will be continued for the benefit of the client according to the agreements already in place. Debt settlement plans are currently being evaluated to see if proposals have been accepted by creditors and to determine if a settlement can be reached on behalf of the client. A claims process will be established for refunds of any funds available and not used on behalf of a client. Only a portion of money paid by debt settlement clients will be subject to refund. Debt management clients may receive no refund if their programs have been completed as agreed. This website will be continually updated to provide further information and eventually the claims procedure will be posted on this site.
